Refund policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

• We work hard to make the highest quality paper , but now and again colour or pattern defects happen during manufacture. If this has happened in your order, please return the defective item, with its label, to us.
• We can only accept a claim for wallpaper that is faulty.
• Please make sure you wrap your items securely, as we can’t provide a refund or exchange for items that have been damaged in transit back to us.
• Please also tell us whether you would like a refund or exchange.
• We would require that you get a free proof of postage certificate from your Post Office when returning items as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items lost in the post. Also, goods are returned at your own cost.
